This website is operated by Aesthetic Engine Pty. Ltd., trading as C3 Comedy. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Editorial and entertainment content

C3 Comedy produces comedy documentaries and editorial entertainment based on public figures, reported events and historical material. Satire, dramatisation and visual reconstruction may be used. Unless expressly stated, C3 Comedy is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the people, estates, companies or brands discussed.

Intellectual property

The C3 Comedy name, original writing, graphics, artwork, audiovisual material and site design are owned by or licensed to us. You may view and share links to the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, modify or distribute our material without permission or a legal right to do so.

Accuracy and external services

We work carefully, but website content may contain errors or become outdated. Links and embedded content from services such as YouTube are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy practices.

Shop and consumer rights

When the C3 shop opens, product descriptions, prices, delivery estimates and applicable charges will be shown before purchase. Store policies will not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. A dedicated shipping and returns policy will be published before checkout is enabled.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.
